SHIPPING POLICYShipping for all orders made through online within our mobile application and all prices are in Indian Rupees inclusive of VAT. After your order and payment confirmation, we will ship your products within one hour. If you give us an incorrect delivery address/contact number and a parcel is returned to us or undelivered because of that incorrect address we reserve the right to charge additional postage to cover the re-sending of your parcel to the correct address.
DELIVERY TIMENormally you will get the product on the if it is food items within one hour if it is grocery we will deliver next one or two days from the purchase date. In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your location and accessibility.
CANCELLATION BY SITE / CUSTOMERYou as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms and conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
We provide no Question Asked Return Policy. Our Customer Service Department is available to assist you should a problem arise with your order. Please inspect your packages immediately upon receipt and notify us promptly of any damage or discrepancies. Should an item be shipped to you incorrectly, as the result of an error on our part, we will take quick and appropriate action to correct the problem.

We will do our best to fulfill requests to return material. Returns accepted for items ordered should be initiated with NEXT DAY from product delivery.
If the customer wants to return the products they have to request for return within NEXT DAY of delivery of the products. The amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days. Also in case of undamaged & original packing condition which should not be not tampered, amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days, however, Customer has to bear the cost of return.
